Abstract
The paper designed a Topic Maps and Baidu Map-based hydropower engineering information management system and put forward a new idea of three-tier architecture on the basis of analyzing the existing hydropower engineering information management systems. With a new and original idea and advanced techniques in its design, the system is able to provide semantic inquiry, navigation and visualized knowledge display network for the users and also to visually display the geographic location of a hydropower station on the Baidu map so that both information integration and management level could be improved greatly.关键词
