Mordant dyeing performances of berberine on silk fabric with rare earth chloride
摘要
Abstract
Silk was dyed with berberine extract in the presence of rare earth chloride mordant. The ef⁃fects of mordant dyeing methods, temperature, time, dosage of mordant and berberine extract on mordant dyeing performances were studied. The color fastness of dyed fabric was also tested. The results showed that the chromaticity values of pre- mordant dyed silk fabric had relatively minor change with rare earth chlo⁃ride mordant, and the dyeing temperature had little effect on dyeing results. The berberine extract had good dyeing- performance on silk. The optimal dyeing process was rare earth chloride 1 g/L, dyeing at 80 ℃ for 25~45 min, and the color fastness of dyed fabrics was good.关键词
