Abstract
Polyaniline/polyester conductive fabric were prepared by absorption- oxidation polymerization with ammonium persulfate as an oxidant and polyester as a matrix. The influences of conditions of alkali reduc⁃tion, types and dosages of oxidants, reaction temperature and time on fabric conductivity were discussed. The optimal preparation conditions of polyaniline/polyester conductive fabric were determined as fol ows: NaOH concentration 20 g/L, temperature of alkali reduction 95 ℃, time of alkali reduction 90 min; ammonium persul⁃fate concentration 0.17 mol/L, oxidation polymerization temperature 10~20 ℃, oxidation polymerization time 90 min. The conductive fabric showed excel ent conductivity under the optimal conditions, and its electrical conductivity reached 0.273 S/cm.关键词
