苯甲醇在涤纶一浴碱减量和染色中的应用
Application of benzyl alcohol in one bath dyeing and alkali deweighting of polyester fabric

Abstract
Three alkali- resistant disperse dyes were applied to one bath alkali deweighting and dyeing pro⁃cess of polyester fabric, and the treatment bath contained disperse dyes, benzyl alcohol and sodium hydrox⁃ide. The effects such as dosage of sodium hydroxide, benzyl alcohol and disperse dyes, alkali deweighting tem⁃perature and time on weight loss, K/S value and hue of polyester fabrics were studied. The strength loss and SEM of treated fabrics was also tested. The results showed that the weight loss of polyester fabrics was in⁃creased with the increase of sodium hydroxide dosage and benzyl alcohol, alkali deweighting temperature and time. The alkali- resistant performance of Disperse Orange HA was poorer than that of Disperse Red HA- 3B and Disperse Blue HA. The optimal dyeing and alkali deweighting process in one bath was determined as fol⁃lows: sodium hydroxide 2 g/L, benzyl alcohol 20 mL/L, treated at 130 ℃ for 60 min. After alkali deweighting treatment, the weight loss of polyester was 17% and the strength loss was 19.5%, and "chemical denudation"phenomenon occurred on the surface of the treated fibers.关键词
