高效液相色谱法测定3种水溶性荧光增白剂
Determination of three fluorescent whitening agents by liquid chromatography
摘要
Abstract
A new method was investigated to determine three fluorescent whitening agents by liquid chromatography (DAD). The fluorescent whitening agents were analyzed by Eclipse Plus C18 column (4.6 mm ×100 mm, 3.5 μm), employing acetonitrile- water as the mobile phase in a gradient elution mode. Meanwhile, the detection wavelength was 348 nm. The results showed that there was good linear relationship in the range of 5~1 000 mg/L for BA (r=0.999 7); while in the range of 1~1 000 mg/L for CXT (r=0.999 9). BBU also had good linear relationship in the range of 50~1 000 mg/L (r=0.999 9). The RSD values of three fluorescent whitening agents were 2.82%, 1.71% and 1.48% (n=6), respectively. This method was precise and had good reproducibility, accurate and reliable data.关键词
