摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the clinical application value of laparoscopic hysterectomy and abdominal hysterectomy.Methods 72 patients with total hysterectomy from to May 2014 in our hospital were treated in our hospital from May to.The patients were divided into two groups:the experimental group and the control group.Results Hospitalization time,anal exhaust time and blood loss in the experimental group were better than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant,P<0.05,the operation time and the complications of the two groups were not statistically significant, >0.05.Conclusion Laparoscopic hysterectomy has less trauma,less bleeding,wound healing.关键词
