Abstract
Objective To explore the safety and efficacy of laparoscopic repair of the perforated gastroduodenal ulcer. Methods Between January 2011 and June 2015, we identified 112 patients with perforated peptic ulcer, among them, 63 cases repaired by laparoscopy and 49 cases treated by open method. The clinic data of the two groups were compared. Results There were no death in two groups, three cases converted to open operation. The mean operation time of laparoscopic group and open group were(74.85±15.8)min and(62.97±12.14)min respectively( <0.001). Open group had a significantly higher proportion of patients received analgesics than laparoscopic group ( <0.001). There were no significant difference between the two groups in the rate of intra-abdominal abscess, leakage of the repaired side, pulmonary infection and hospital stay. Conclusion Laparoscopic repair of the perforated gastroduodenal ulcer is effective and safe, and have high application value.关键词
