摘要
Abstract
Objective To understand the awareness of vertical management among nursing administrators in 154 hospitals. Methods A Self-made questionnaire was used which include vertical management related cognitive conditions. Results Fully implemented vertical management of hospital percentage is 12.3%,partly implementation percentage is 37%, no implementation percentage is 50.6%. Conclusion The implementation percentage of vertical nursing management is 12.3% in 154 hospitals of Shaanxi Province, Nursing Managers think vertical management implementation is difficult, should strengthen the guidance, and to develop relevant countermeasures.关键词
