摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the clinical effect of irbesartan combined with Xiaobendiping Huanshi Pian treatment in patients with essential hypertension. Methods 130 patients according to the random control method were randomly divided into for the control group (n = 65) and experimental group (n = 65), the control group was treated with nifedipine, the experimental group in the control group based on the combined with irbesartan, were compared between the two groups with blood pressure changes and adverse reactions before and after the treatment. Results The efficacy of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group. There was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment ( >0.05). The blood pressure of the two groups was lower than that before treatment, and the experimental group was lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant ( <0.05), and the adverse reactions of the two groups had no difference. Conclusion Two drugs combined with the application of the treatment of essential hypertension, blood pressure control in the ideal range, suitable for clinical application.关键词
