摘要
Abstract
Objective To understand the effect of local pain on the use of different sizes of insulin pen needles to inject insulin in diabetic patients. Methods Patients with insulin injections of 160 were randomly divided into experimental group (80 cases) and control group (80 cases) by the department of endocrinology in March 2014 to March 2015. The control group during the year has been using 31G - 5 mm insulin pen needles,and the experimental group has been using 32G -4 mm insulin pen needles .Results A year later, a questionnaire survey was conducted to understand the local pain experience when using different sizes of insulin pen needles for injection.Conclusion To use the 32G-4mm insulin pen needle for injection, relieve patients's pain a lot. The patients who continued to use insulin injection to reduce local pain, improve the compliance of insulin injection ,which plays an active role in controlling blood glucose.关键词
