Abstract
Objective To investigate the causes ,prevention and treatment of ureteral stone street after the formation of extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy (ESWL). Methods Retrospective analysis of July 2009 to May 2014 of 2100 cases with ESWL in treatment, including 84 cases of renal or ureteral calculi lithotripsy after the formation of steinstrasse patients take again the extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy, medicine row stone or ureteroscopic lithotripsy for observation of patients condition, a row of stone. Results The 84 patients after extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy, medicine row stone or ureteroscopic lithotripsy for ureteral stone street after disappearing, hydronephrosis was improved. Conclusion The renal or ureteral calculi ESWL after the formation of Shi Jie to focus on prevention, master the indications of extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy. Should treat actively formed stone street, after extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy, medicine row stone or ureteroscopic minimally invasive treatment generally can get good effect.关键词
