戊酸雌二醇在180例绝经取出宫内节育器前应用效果分析OA
Analysis of the Effect of Estradiol on the Removal of Intrauterine Device in 180 Cases of Postmenopausal Women
目的：分析180例绝经宫内节育器(IUD)取出术前给予妇女戊酸雌二醇,对取器术的影响。方法选取300例自愿接受IUD取器术妇女,对照组120例行常规取器术,观察组180例取器术前给予戊酸雌二醇,再行取器术,观察两组宫颈软化效果、取器效果与取器时间。结果观察组软化率为96.11%,对照组软化率为50%；观察组取器成功率为100%,对照组取器成功率为85.00%；观察组平均取器时间为(2.03±0.80)min,对照组平均取器时间为(4.02±0.8…查看全部>>
