Abstract
Objective To analyze and discuss the role of quality nursing service in emergency nursing.Methods Randomly selected 100 patients in our hospital from October 2014 to October 2012.The patients were divided into control group and observation group.The control group received routine nursing intervention,the observation group received high quality nursing intervention,compared with two groups of nursing satisfaction.Results After the corresponding nursing,observation group of nursing total satisfaction of 48 cases,nursing satisfaction rate was 39,the control group of two cases,the total satisfaction rate was 78%,the difference was obvious ( <0.05),with statistical significance.Conclusion Nursing care in the emergency department patients,quality care can not improve the level of nursing staff,but also significantly improve patient care satisfaction.关键词
