摘要
Abstract
Objective By analysis of the adverse reactions of compound meglumine diatrizoate and iohexol in intravenous pyelography, which provide a reference for the clinical use of contrast agent. Methods We divided intravenous pyelography patients in our hospital into two groups: compound meglumine diatrizoate group and iohexol group by difference contrast agents during 2010.01 to 2013 .12 and we compared the dates of adverse reactions of two groups. Results There was significant difference between two groups, the adverse reactions of iohexol was significantly lower than that of compound meglumine diatrizoate in intravenous pyelography . Conclusion In intravenous pyelography, iohexol is more suitable a be widely used and higher safety.关键词
