Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical application of the treatment of single platelet transfusion.Methods 308 patients with single blood platelet transfusion were selected,the efficiency of the low frequency,intermediate frequency,high frequency infusion,the patients with different diseases,and the efficiency of platelet transfusion were analyzed.Results The number of clinical infusion decreased,and the tumor,surgical operation, other patients were treated with high efficiency,PLT,CCI,PPR,24h,LH,and the difference was statistically significant( <0.05).Conclusion It is effective to grasp the best time for the patients with thrombocytopenia,so as to improve the treatment effect of platelet transfusion.关键词
