Abstract
Objective To study the two types of blue light treatment of neonatal jaundice treatment method and effect,provide the basis for clinical. Methods From February 2013 to February 2013,76 cases of neonatal data to implement a retrospective analysis of 76 patients were randomly divided into two groups,the observation group of 38 cases,control group 38 cases,observation group of patients by way of blue light,blue light 8 hours, intermittent 5 hours,irradiation time is 72 hours;Control group patients through continuous blue light way,72 hours of continuous exposure,comparative observation group and control group patients change situation and the adverse reactions,the results were statistically analyzed.Results The effective rate of observation group patients92.1%,the control group for 92.1%,there was no significant difference between two groups ( ﹥0.05),not statistically significant;10 cases of observation group of patients with adverse reactions,20 patients with the control group and observation group was significantly lower than control group ( <0.05),with statistical significance.Conclusion Adopt continuous blue light and the effect of the intermittent blue light treatment of neonatal jaundice,but intermittent adverse reactions occurred in patients with blue light treatment of neonatal jaundice was significantly lower than continuous blue light treatment.关键词
