Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of octreotide combined with procaine maintenance treatment of acute pancreatitis. Methods 70 cases of acute pancreatitis were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group and the control group, with 35 cases in each group. The treatment group combined 30ug/kg octreotide with 1 percent of procaine 25ml 24 hours. The control group treated routinely by 30ug/kg octreotide 24 hours. Comparison of serum and urine amylase, WBC, serum calcium recovery time, abdominal distension and pain relief time, gastrointestinal function recovery time, hospitalization days. Results The treatment group, serum amylase, urine amylase, WBC, serum calcium and other laboratory indexes was better than that of the control group ( <0.05), the treatment group of abdominal distension and pain relief time, gastrointestinal function recovery time, hospitalization time were shorter time than the control group ( < 0.05), the difference was statistically significance. Conclusion Combined octreotide with procaine to improve the laboratory indexes in treatment of acute pancreatitis, the patient's clinical symptoms and reduce the time in hospital, the clinical effect is obvious, it is worthy of clinical application.关键词
