Clinic Analysis of Diabetic Retinopathy in Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus Patients in Community
目的：探讨社区2型糖尿病视网膜病变发生的相关影响因素。方法对社区252例2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者进行眼底检查及血糖、血脂测定，对糖尿病视网膜病变(DR)患者和无糖尿病视网膜病变(NDR)患者的基本情况及血糖、血脂等指标进行比较分析。结果 DR患者与NDR患者比较，糖尿病病程、空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2 h血糖(2hBG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)和低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)差异有统计学意义(<0.05…查看全部>>
