社区2型糖尿病视网膜病变临床分析
Clinic Analysis of Diabetic Retinopathy in Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus Patients in Community
摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyse the related risk factors of incidence of diabetic retinopathy in type 2 diabetes mellitus patients in community. Methods Totally 252 cases with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) in yinhu community in shenzhen were divided into group diabetic retinopathy(DR) and group non-diabetic retinopathy (NDR) by examining fundus, and investigated basic condition,level of blood sugar and blood lipid.Results Compared with the outlets between group DR and NDR ,the duration of T2DM,fasting blood-glucose (FBG),2h post-meal blood glucose (2hBG), glycosylated haemoglobin(HbA1c ),total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG) and low density lipoprotein-cholesterol(LDL-C) were statistically significant ( <0.05).Conclusion The incidence of DR is related to the long duration of diabetes patients,poor control on blood sugar and blood lipid.It is very necessary of early prevention against DR in community.关键词
