Abstract
Objective To study and analyze the clinical effect of laparoscopic cholecystectomy for acute cholecystitis. Methods 80 cases of acute cholecystitis treated in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2012 were divided into study group and control group, 40 cases in each group according to the order of admission, 80 cases were divided into study group and control group. The observation group was treated by laparoscopic cholecystectomy, the control group was treated by open operation, and the clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared. Results The average operation time, average hospitalization time, average blood loss and postoperative mean blood loss in the study group were lower than those in the control group. The incidence of complications in the study group was 7.5%, lower than that in the control group (17.5%), and the difference was significant between the two groups ( < 0.05). Conclusion Laparoscopic cholecystectomy for acute cholecystitis in the treatment of patients with a significant clinical effect, with less trauma, less bleeding, and other characteristics, it is worth the clinical promotion and application of medicine.关键词
