Abstract
Objective Analysis of the influence factors of postoperative pregnancy ability after laparoscopic myomectomy surgery. Methods Choose from September 2012 to June 2014 in our hospital underwent laparoscopic myomectomy surgery for 94 patients observed object,Analysis of the age, the number of fib-roids, location, size, affect pelvic adhesions and tubal damage to the patient's ability pregnancy. Results Aged 36 to 40 years old, severe pelvic adhesions and tubal pregnancy after injury affecting the ability of independent risk factors. Conclusion The patient's age, associated with pelvic disease and tubal damage caused by the surgery all can affect postoperative pregnancy ability,Therefore, laparoscopic myomectomy patients should pay attention to regular medical examinations, excluding unfavorable factors were prepared after pregnancy, in order to improve the pregnancy rate.关键词
