QCC in Reducing the Role of Hospitalized Patients with Sputum Specimens to Return Failure Rate
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the Haihe r hospital each department sputum specimens to return the unqualified reason, method of quality control circle activities reduce hospitalized patients with sputum specimens to return not qualified. Methods Consists of ten nurses "first circle," design statistics collected from patients with sputum specimens unqualified reason, through grasp the current situation, goal setting, parsing, the implementation of countermeasures, and did not execute quality management circle activity the sputum specimens to return before the effect comparison. Results After the implementation of quality control circle activities for quality improvement, sputum specimens to return not qualified rate reduced to 6.8% from 13.48%. Activities before and after the comparative difference was statistically significant ( < 0.01). Conclusion The quality control circle method is adopted to Haihe hospital patients with sputum specimens to return to work on quality management, reduce the fraction defective of sputum specimens to return. Provide the basis for the diagnosis and treatment of disease.关键词
