Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of oxiracetam in the treatment of cerebral infarction convalescence patients with mild-to-moderate cognitive dysfunction. Methods Choosing 84 patients with cerebral infarction were selected from April 2014 to October 2015.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 42 cases in each.All patients received routine treatment,on the basis of conventional treatment,the observation group was treated with oxiracetam.The clinical effects and cognitive function improvement conditions of two groups were observed. Results After the treatment,the total effective rate,the Barthel index and MMSE score of the observation group were obviously higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant ( <0.05). Conclusion Oxiracetam can significantly improve the cognitive function of cerebral infarction convalescence patients with mild-to-moderate cognitive dysfunction.It is of certain clinical value and is worthy of popularization.关键词
