Abstract
Objective To investigate the role of the hypercoagulable state and the oxidative stress in patients with chronic renal function in the progression of in 1 to 5 kidney disease, and to explore the mechanism. Methods From January 2013 to January 2015 Department of Nephrology, Affiliated Hospital of Luzhou Medical College CKD patients admitted to hospital, the detection of renal function and related coagulation FIB, DD and oxidative stress indicators MDA, GSH-Px. Results 1 compared with the control group, CKD5 patients with coagulation function and oxidative stress levels were decreased glomerular filtration with gradually increased, and decreased antioxidant; 2-line single-factor correlation analysis FIB, MDA. , GSH-Px, TC significant difference in uremia group, which FIB, MDA, TC was positively correlated with SCr, GSH-Px was negatively correlated with SCr. Conclusion The hypercoagulable state and oxidative stress of Chronic kidney disease patients in renal promote mutual progress and mutual influence, and are involved in the deterioration of renal function.关键词
