侧入法神经干脉冲射频治疗三叉神经痛的临床观察

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of pulsed radio-frequence on nerve cord through lateral approach in patients with primary trigeminal neuralgia (PTN). Methods Twenty-two patients of PTN were treated with pulsed radio-frequence on nerve cord through lateral approach.The VAS scores,clinical efficacy and complication were observed after treatment.Results Twenty one patients were punctured successfully.One was punctured in failure.14 patients were treated one time,4 patients 2 times,3 patients 3 times. After treatment. All patients have pain relief.the VAS were 3.26±1.13,2.05±0.95,1.28±0.59 1 day,3 days and 1 week after treatment respectively,decreased compared with that before treatment ( <0.01).and the satisfactory rate were 66.6%,71.4%,80.9%respectively.no serious complication occurred in all of the patients.18 patients were involved in the follow up survey 1 year after treatment,and the satisfactory rate were 61.1%, 5 patients reoccurred,the recurrence rate was 27.7%. Conclusion Pulsed radio-frequence on nerve cord through lateral approach is a simple and effective and safe treatment for the patients of primary trigeminal neuralgia.关键词
