抗结核药物性肝损伤对住院天数的影响的研究
Study on the Effect of Anti Tuberculosis Drug Induced Liver Injury on the Length of Stay in Hospital
摘要
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the anti-tuberculosis drug-induced liver injury (DILI)impact on the the length of hospital stay.Methods According to the diagnostic criteria of drug-induced liver injury,there were 141 tuberculosis(TB)patients with DILI screened as the observation group,anther 143 TB patients without DILI screened as control group.Cinical data was recorded and studyed on the method of retrospective analysis.Results In the observation group,the median of length of hospital stay was 20.While it was 14 in the control group.The difference on the length of hospital stay between two groups was 6.Conclusion Anti-tuberculosis drug-induced liver injury will extend the length of hospital stay,resulting in a negative impact on anti-TB treatment.The DILI treatment time and the length of hospital stay have a positive corelation.关键词
