Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical application guidance value of transthoracic Echocardiography on device closure of pediatric secundum atrial septal defect during the preoperation,intraoperation and postoperation.Methods Apply transthoracic echocardiography for preoperative screening,intraoperative monitoring,guide interventional therapy and postoperative evaluation for pediatric secundum atrial septal defect.Results All patients were successful to complete blocking operation.Little residual shunt was observed in 1 case after occluder release,the shunt was observed 2d and 1 month after operation,and it disappeared 3 months later.The occluder position was fixed in other cases with no residual shunt and serious complications after 3 months follow-up.Conclusion Transthoracic echocardiography havean irreplaceable role in screening patients,selecting occluder model,intraoperative monitoring,postoperative follow-up on device closure of pediatric secundum atrial septal defect.关键词
