不稳定型心绞痛患者 hsCRP 与血栓前状态分子标志物水平变化及其相关性
Level Changes and Correlation Analysis of hsCRP and Pre - thrombosis State Molecular Markers in Patients with Unstable Angina Pectoris

Abstract
Objective To observe changes and correlation of hsCRP and pre - thrombosis state(PTS)molecular markers in patients with unstable angina pectoris(UAP),and to explore their clinical significance. Methods 59 pa-tients with UAP(UAP group),42 patients with coronary artery atherosclerosis(coronary sclerosis group),as well as 43 normal people(control group)were selected. Levels of hsCRP and PTS molecular markers were measured,and the cor-relation between these parameters was analyzed by linear correlation analysis. Results Levels of hsCRP,vWF,D -dimer,fibrinogen(FIB)and thrombus precursor protein(TpP)in UAP group were significantly higher than those in cor-onary sclerosis group(P < 0. 05). Levels of hsCRP,vWF,D - dimer,FIB and TpP in coronary sclerosis group were ob-viously higher than those in control group(P < 0. 05). Correlation analysis showed that levels of hsCRP,vWF,D - di-mer,FIB and TpP in patients with UAP were positively correlated(P < 0. 05). Conclusion There are obvious chan-ges in levels of hsCRP and PTS molecular markers in patients with UAP,and the degree of changes is closely related.This correlation may play an important role in pathological process of UAP. There is a certain clinical significance to determine the severity in patients with UAP by detecting these two indexes.关键词
