Abstract
As the value concept of the national people and the value target of China,the civilization includes the good moral character of national people and the prosperity of socialist culture.Why should the civilization be determined as a value target of China’s socialist core values outlook?Because civilization and its progress are the common pursuit of mankind and the value target of the Chinese na-tion,and are strong value pursuit of the Communist Party of China.The socialist civilization is the most advanced civilization in human society development.Therefore,the civilization should be a value target of the people at the national level in China.关键词
