Abstract
In recent years,China faces the challenge of a rapid growing of aging population,this paper focuses on the concept of com-munity-based care services,in accordance with national goal and requirements of elderly service,proposes to build an integrated com-munity-based elderly service system and points out the role and position of each stakeholder in this system.关键词
