The Evolution of Trade and Environment Issues and China’s Response:Multilateral Perspective
摘要
Abstract
Under the multilateral trade system,the environment and trade issues experience tortuous and complicated evolution process from being ignored,to gradually attention and then becoming the focus and development maturity,whose process embodies the hard game between trade liberalization and environment protection.The initiation of Doha Round makes the development of trade and environment issues deeper and more complex.When we face the future,we have a long way to go.According to the future development trend,China should accurately determine her position,actively participate in rule negotiation,consider environment subsidies and ta-xes,perfect the related legislation and energetically use multilateral trade mechanism to solve disputes.关键词
