Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of cosmetic plastic debridement and suture combined with recombinant human epidermal growth factor in the treatment of maxillofacial trauma. Methods 110 cases of maxillofacial trauma patients admitted in the hospital from December 2013 to October 2015 were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group with 55 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with routine surgical suture technique for debridement suture,and patients in the treatment group were treated with cosmetic debridement suture combined with recombinant human epidermal growth factor debridement. The wound healing time and scar recoverycondition were compared between the two groups. Results The total efficiency was 96.4% in the treatment group,and that was 76.4% in the control group.The clinical efficacy in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group.Healing time in the treatment group was (4.51±2.01)d,and that in the control group was (7.72±2.02)d.Through comparing with patients in these two groups,the healing time was significantly shortened in the treatment group and had significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion Cosmetic plastic debridement and suture combined with recombinant human epidermal growth factor hasgood clinical efficacy for maxillofacial trauma patients because this method can short wound healing time and avoid the formation of scar.关键词
