Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of the treatment with plaque psoriasis by topical alpha hydroxyl acids(ARAs). Methods Treatment group: the skin lesions of the double upper limb treated by ARAs, 1 times /w, and topical cream Mometasone furoate, 2 times /d, the rest of lesions on body with Mometasone furoate cream. The control group were treated only with Mometasone furoate cream, the usage with treatment group. Two groups’ treatment were until the end of 4w. Results The effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were 50% and 30% after 2 weeks, efficacy comparison was not statistically significant (P>0.05). And after 4weeks they were 87.5% and 65%, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Topical ARAs combined with cream mometasone furoate in the treatment with plaque psoriasis is effective, ARAs peeling can be used as an auxiliary treatment with plaque psoriasis effectively.关键词
