Efficacy analysis of ultra-pulse CO2 fractional laser combined with collagen dressing for facial photoaging
摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of ultra-pulse CO2 fractional laser combined with collagen dressing for facial photoaging. Methods Selecting 162 cases of facial photoaging patients from September 2014 to December 2015 in our hospital as the research objects,all patients were treated with ultra-pulse CO2 fractional laser and collagen dressing. Then the facial skin’s changes were oberserved and compared after 3 months. Results After combined treatment,the whole effective rate of facial skin’s changes including facial rhytides, slackness, pores changes, colours and lustres was 81.51%. There was no obivous adverse reaction after therapies except for some mild pain,erythema and scab in the first days. Conclusion The method of ultra-pulse CO2 fractional laser combined with collagen dressing for facial photoaginglse are curative and safe,it is deserved to popularize in clinical application.关键词
