SanderⅢ矫治器的制作和应用研究
A manufacturing method and applied research of SanderⅢ appliance
摘要
Abstract
Objective In order to probe the manufacturing method of SanderⅢ appliance and it's effect on Class Ⅲmalocclusion. Methods 20 samples,randomly chosen from the Class Ⅲ malocclusion patients treated with SanderⅢ appliance up to 10 momths, which was made by the author,in Xi 'an jiaotong university affiliated stomatology hospital's department of orthodontics since 2013-2015, were bring into our surveys. We collected and measured their lateral cephalometric radiographs before and after treatment,which were analyzed with Steiner and Tweed measurements,then compared by paired t-test in SPSS 18.0. Results 12 of the 20 patients wore the appliance according to the requirement,it showed that the cross-bite deformity in those dental,functional and mild skeletal Class Ⅲ malocclusion were corrected. While the index SNA°,ANB°, U1-L1°and angle of facial convexity had significantly difference between the two groups(P<0.01). Conclusion The author have probed an economical and practical method of simply the Manufacture of SanderⅢ appliance.SanderⅢ appliance is not only good at correcting the cross-bite deformity in those dental,functional and mild skeletal Class Ⅲ malocclusion, but also make a significantly change in profile,while its effect on inherited skeletal Class Ⅲ malocclusion was not significant.关键词
