Abstract
Sweet potato post-production processing is directly related to the realization of the production benefit and comprehensive utilization value of sweet potato. China's sweet potato processing industry is in an accelerated development stage of transformation and upgrading. The authors comprehensively analyzed the market demand of sweet potato post-production processing, sweet potato processing enterprises, regional distribution of production and processing of sweet potato, structure of sweet potato industry and so on in China. And the authors also expounded the development situation of sweet potato starch processing industry, sweet potato snack food processing industry and sweet potato ethanol processing industry, and prospected their development trend in the future.关键词
