Abstract
Objective To investigate the status of research on community health service management in mainland China. Methods We retrieved literature about community health service management on Wanfang and CNKI with a retrieval time from January 1993 to December 2012. Two researchers extracted data from the included papers separately,and the content extracted included publishing time,work unit of the first author,publishing journal,research subject and fund resources, etc. The bibliometric method and content analysis method were employed to conduct data analysis on the included papers. Results A total of 2 218 pieces of literature were found to be eligible and were included,and the number of literature published from 1993 to 2012 was increasing. The number of papers published with the first author working in institutions of higher education and research institutions,tertiary hospitals,grass _ root medical service settings was 1 260(56. 8% ),347(15. 6% )and 232 (10. 5% )respectively;the number of papers published by Chinese General Practice,Chinese Health Economics and Chinese Health Service Management was 429 (19. 3% ),113 (5. 1% )and 88 (4. 0% )respectively;the number of papers with demand and satisfaction,human resource management and community health service demand as research subjects was 714 (32. 2% ),448(20. 2% )and 442(19. 9% )respectively;964(43. 5% )pieces of literature received at least one resource of fund support,and among them,630(65. 4% )received fund of provincial level or above. Conclusion The number of published papers pertaining to community health service management has been increasing year by year,mainly from institutions of higher education and research institutions,and journals of general practice provide much attention for them. The research content should be further expanded and the financial support for grass _ root health service settings are recommended to be strengthened.关键词
