以压缩策略为导向的社区卫生服务中心药房改造研究

Abstract
Objective To investigate a automatic medicine distribution system suitable for community health service centers and evaluate the implementation effect of the system,with time compression strategy as guidance. Methods The prescription information of Sanlin Community Health Service Center from August 1 to August 23 in 2012 was collected. A automatic medicine distribution system and relevant personnel were arranged based on the service volume and prescription features of the outpatient pharmacy of the community health service center. Work efficiency and satisfaction degree before and after the implementation of the system were evaluated. Results In the community health service center,1 fast dispensing system,1 intelligent assessing system,2 box medicine dispensing windows,1 mixed medicine dispensing window,1 consultation window were set up with 7 _ 10 staff. After the implementation of the system,average daily amount of prescriptions increased from 1 040 pieces to 6 810 pieces. The average hourly amount of prescriptions in busy hours increased from 304 pieces before implementation to 700 pieces after implementation,and the average time needed by every prescriptions was shortened to 20 s from 60 s. After the implementation of the system,the satisfaction of residents with pharmacy service increased to 96. 00% (960 / 1 000)from 85. 20% (852 / 1 000). Conclusion The system,established according to the features of community practice,significantly improves pharmacy service level and service efficiency,and betters the service process of community health service centers.关键词
