基于公平理论的医院社会责任研究
Hospital Social Responsibility Based on Equity Theory
摘要
Abstract
As important modern social units,hospitals should bear their social responsibility,but the current health care system is complex,and hospital social responsibility is complicated,so evaluation standards for different hospital social responsibility should also be different. Based on the equity theory,the paper used would _ could _ should triangle model to analyze social activities of hospitals and distinguish and classify their social responsibility,and put forward suggestions for the stipulation of social responsibility of public and private hospitals from the aspects of government,hospital and society.关键词
