济川煎对“泻剂结肠”大鼠的治疗效果及作用机制研究
Therapeutic Effect of Jichuan Decoction on Rats With Cathartic Colon and Its Mechanism

Abstract
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of jichuan decoction on rats with cathartic colon and its mechanism. Methods In September 2012,48 healthy adult SPF SD rats without specific pathogen free were selected,and 36 model rats with cathartic colon were made by gavage of parietic acid injectable suspension. The 36 model rats were assigned into model group,polyethylene glycol group and jichuan decoction group,with 12 rats in each group;the rest 12 rats that were not built into models were assigned into control group. Control group and model group were administrated with 0. 9% sodium chloride solution by gavage;polyethylene glycol group was administrated with polyethylene glycol 4000 water solution by gavage;jichuan decoction group was administrated with water decoction of Jichuan. The feces dry _ wet ratio,first black stool time,and the mRNA and protein expression level of colon tissue c-kit and SCF of the four groups were detected and compared. Results Jichuan decoction group was lower than model group and polyethylene glycol group in feces dry _ wet ratio( P < 0. 05),but was not significantly different from control group(P > 0. 05). Polyethylene glycol group was higher than control group in feces dry _ wet ratio(P < 0. 05),but was not significantly different from model group(P > 0. 05). Jichuan decoction group was longer than control group in first black stool time,but was shorter than model group and polyethylene glycol group(P < 0. 05). Polyethylene glycol group was longer than control group in first black stool time(P < 0. 05),but was not significantly different from model group(P > 0. 05). Jichuan decoction group was higher than model group and polyethylene glycol group in the mRNA and protein levels of c-kit and SCF(P < 0. 05),but was not significantly different from control group( P > 0. 05). Polyethylene glycol group was lower than control group in the mRNA and protein levels of c-kit and SCF( P < 0. 05),but was not significantly different from model group(P > 0. 05). Conclusion Jichuan decoction can improve the colonic motility of rats with cathartic colon and make their feces soften. Its efficacy is favorable,and the mechanism may be related with repairing the signal path of SCF/ c-kit.关键词
