摘要
Abstract
The paper interpreted antiviral treatment of 2015 Guideline of Prevention and Treatment for Chronic Hepatitis B. The new guideline emphasizes more on evidence _ based medicine and the importance of prevention and the interdiction of maternal _ neonatal transmission. In terms of treatment objectives,it emphasizes that the clinical cure of chronic hepatitis B should be pursued for eligible patients if possible. For patients with continuous DNA positiveness in hepatitis B virus who can not meet treatment standards,it is recommended to adjust their observation age to > 30 years old. It highlights positive antiviral treatment for eligible patients and recommends high _ potency and low _ resistance drugs as first _ line drugs.关键词
