摘要
Abstract
Myelolipoma is a kind of benign tumor composed of mature adipocytes and hemopoietic elements and is most often found in the adrenal glands. Myelolipoma of the mediastinum rarely happens and has no definite symptoms,and midiastinal masses are usually found in chest examination. The patients normally have favorable prognosis after postoperative pathological diagnosis and tumour _ reductive surgery. We reported a case of posterior mediastinal myelolipoma and analyzed the etiology, histopathology,differential diagnosis and therapeutic method,in order to improve clinical doctors' understanding of this kind of disease.关键词
