摘要
Abstract
Diabetic cardiovascular autonomic neuropathy( DCAN)is one of the most overlooked of all serious complications in diabetes. DCAN is related to imbalance between sympathetic and parasympathetic nerve. It can increase incidence rate of asymptomatic ischemia,myocardial infarction,and can decrease survival rate. Medicine may be helpful to DCAN therapy,but a more regular,multifactorial approach which can reach the best therapeutic results should include lifestyle modifications,strict glycemic control. This paper summarize the Non _ drug therapy of DCAN such as blood glucose control, exercise,reducing weight and acupuncture. These therapies can be accepted widely and carried out easily,and have taken an important part in adjusting the heart rate variability. All these therapies are very important to prevent the development of DCAN in diabetic patients.关键词
