神经电生理监测在腰椎间盘源性疼痛微创手术中的应用前景
Application Prospect of Neurophysiological Monitoring in Minimally Invasive Surgery for Lumbar Discogenic Pain
摘要
Abstract
Minimally invasive surgery for lumbar discogenic pain has a nationwide application in China. However,how to effectively protect nerve and avoid nerve injury during the surgery remains a problem unsolved. Neurophysiological monitoring is extensively applied in traditional open spinal surgery and is able to avoid nerve injury. The article analyzed the feasibility of neurophysiological monitoring in minimally invasive surgery for lumbar discogenic pain and its value in avoiding nerve injury in minimally invasive surgery.关键词
