猪链球菌Ⅱ型五种感染途径感染猪模型的比较
COMPARISON OF FIVE INFECTION ROUTES OF STREPTOCOCUS SUIS TYPE 2 IN PIGS
摘要
Abstract
In order to investigate into the pathogenesis of Streptococcus suistype Ⅱ(SS2), 24 pigs were inoculated with the bacteriaat 6×109 CFU or physiological saline (control) via subcutaneous, intramuscular, intravenous, intranasal and pleural routes. The pigs were terminated in 30 days. The typical clinical signs were observed in four infection routes except intranasal route. More bacteria were found in blood, lungs and brains than other organs. Bacteremia was detected in all dead pigs.关键词
