摘要
Abstract
Parainfluenza virus 5 (PIV5) is nonsegmented negative-strand RNA virus which can infect various mammals including humans, especially causing kennel cough. This paper comprehensively introduces biological characteristics of PIV5 concerning their feature, genomic characteristics, proteins, transcription and replication, and research of vaccines based on PIV5, and aims at providing scientific basis about the study on the surveillance of PIV5-related diseases and PIV5 and PIV5-vectored vaccine.关键词
