Correlations between the Expressions of SRSF1 and Survivn and the Pathological Features of Prostate Cancer
目的：检测人丝氨酸/精氨酸富有剪接因子1（SRSF1）和凋亡抑制因子（Survivin）在前列腺癌组织中的表达，并探讨两者的相关性及其与前列腺癌病理分级的关系，从而初步提出前列腺癌治疗中的新靶点。方法采用免疫组织化学SP法检测SRSF1、Survivin蛋白在12例前列腺癌组织和8例良性前列腺增生组织中的表达，分析其与病理分级的关系，并探讨两者的相关性。结果 SRSF1蛋白在前列腺癌组织中的细胞阳性表达率为（76.37±5.06）%，显著高于良性…查看全部>>
