Determination of the Dissolution Rate of Levofloxacin Hydrochloride Tablets by HPLC

Abstract
Objective:To establish high performance liquid chromatography ( HPLC) to achieve the determination of the dissolution rate of levofloxacin hydrochloride tablets.Methods:Thermo Hypersil Gold C18 (4.6 mm ×150 mm, 5μm) chromatographic column was adopted through the sodium perchlorate solution-ammonium acetate acetonitrile (85∶15) as mobile phase, flow rate of 1 mL· min-1 , col-umn temperature 30℃, detection wavelength of 294 nm.Results:The linear regression equation of levofloxacin hydrochloride dissolution rate was Y=35601X+1268.3, r=0.9997, the average recovery was 99.6%, RSD was 0.70%.Conclusion: HPLC was simple and convenient with high accuracy and well repeatability.关键词
