Study on Fufang E-jiao Granules in Regulating the Hormone Level and Anti-inflammation and Immune Effect
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effects of Fufang E-jiao granules in regulating hormone level and anti-inflamma-tion and immune effect.Methods:We investigated the effects of Fufang E-jiao granules on follicle stimulating hormone and estrogen se-cretion in rat by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay ( ELISA).We researched the effects of Fufang E-jiao granules on mice's reticuloen-dothelial system by the carbon clearance method.We researched the anti-inflammatory effects of Fufang E-jiao granules on ear swelling in mice induced by croton oil.Results:Fufang E-jiao granules can reduce the follicle stimulating hormone and estrogen secretion in the rat serum.Fufang E-jiao granules in high dose group cansignificantly improve the mice's reticuloendothelial system phagocytic function, im-prove clearance index k value and clearance index correctionαvalue.Fufang E-jiao granules can induce the ear swelling in mice by cro-ton oil.Conclusion:Fufang E-jiao granules can regulate hormone level, regulate immune and anti-inflammatory effects ,it provides the basis of pharmacodynamics for the treatment of irregular menstruation.关键词
