Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical characteristic of gout patients with different Traditional Chinese Medicine( TCM) syn-drome types and treatment of relevance.Methods:Selection in October 2012 to October 2014 in guangzhou city dongsheng hospitals and guangdong hospital treated 120 cases of patients with gout and 120 regular physical examination health personnel as the research object, the health workers as the control group, gout patients as observation group, to observe the biochemical indicators analysis of gout patients.Results:The WBC in observation group of routine blood, MO, GR, LY, Hb and other indicators.Blood lipid index of TG, HDL-C, VLDL-c indicator.Cr, UA, Ur kidney, compared with control group, significant is difference (P<0.05), with statistical sig-nificance.Conclusion:Three routine blood test, blood lipid, renal function test are of different TCM syndrome types of gout patients has important diagnostic value, it is worth popularizing in clinical diagnosis.关键词
