中药注射剂临床使用情况分析

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the utilization of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) injections in a hospital, in order to pro-vide reference for clinical rational use of drugs.Methods:To make a statistic analysis of TCM injections used in the hospital from May 2014 to May 2015 with drugs, sales amount, frequency of drug use ( DDDs) and medication defined daily cost ( DDC).Re-sults:The varieties of drugs used for blood flow showed a highest proportion, Breviscapine, safflower yellow and Shuxuening took the top three places of those.Breviscapine, Xuesaitong and shenmai took the top three places of DDDs.Conclusion:The applica-tion of TCM injections in this hospital is basically rational.However, economic burden of patients is heavy, which needs further ef-forts to strengthen the management.关键词
